A registered 501(C)(3) not for profit organization, Chicago Persian School offers in-person and online Persian language classes to children and adults. Chicago Persian School highly qualified teachers are trained to use innovative teaching methods to engage students in a rich learning experience. Developed based on modern language acquisition research, our curriculum offers a holistic education in the Persian language and culture. We are determined to create a learning environment that caters to each student's interests, ability, and needs.

Introduction to Persian

Designed to expose young learners to the spoken Persian language and new vocabulary through a full immersion curriculum that include children's songs, stories, art projects, role-playing, group games, and hands-on activities.

Beginner to Advance Persian

Seven levels of our Persian Immersion classes offer an engaging curriculum with a well-balanced emphasis on the four main language acquisition skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Every learning opportunity is enhanced with interactive games, hands-on activities, and multi-media learning tools.

Introduction to Persian

Reading-Writing-Speaking

Tailored for young adults who are interested in a quick intro to the Persian language, while providing the option for the students to focus on writing skills vs. speaking.  An added bonus for college application and future careers.

Beginner to Advance Persian

Persian language courses that prepare adult learners for real-life interactions.  We use a conversation-based approach for teaching the language and culture, as well as reading and writing (minimum age 14.)
